NSF ENG-ADVWIRE: RF Interference Mitigation in High-Density Heterogeneous Semiconductor Device Packaging Through Digital Twin Emulations

This research aims to develop innovative EMI/EMC mitigation techniques for high-density heterogeneous semiconductor device packages using digital twin emulations. The project focuses on advancing knowledge and optimizing embedded packaging with diverse active and passive components to enhance electronics package reliability and performance. Key areas of investigation include new EMI/EMC ferromagnetic composite materials, novel packaging topologies, and advanced computational and circuit extraction methods.
