Ms. Cardero, who is pursuing her studies under the direction of Dr. Alwan, has been selected to receive the prestigious Presidential Fellowship at Florida International University, beginning Fall 2025. This fellowship will support her continued doctoral studies in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at FIU.
